Use Three-Finger Scroll to Hunt for a Clue

On real webpages, you don’t always start at the top. Sometimes you open a link and land in the middle of a long page.

On this page, you’ve dropped somewhere in the middle. Your mission:

  • Use a three-finger swipe down to scroll up the page.
  • Find the heading called “Hidden Jungle Note” above you.
  • Read the note to learn the secret jungle password.
  • Scroll back to the question and choose the correct password.

There are no fake buttons to scroll – you must use the real VoiceOver three-finger gesture to explore.

Hidden Jungle Note

Someone taped a note to a vine. It reads:

“Secret Jungle Password: banana moonlight.”

Underneath, someone scribbled: “Do not tell the parrots. They will turn it into a song.”

Extra Jungle Rambling (Just for Length)

Below the note, the page continues with a long rant about how difficult it is to schedule meetings with sloths, parrots, and monkeys all in the same time zone. Apparently, the monkeys insist on early mornings, the parrots prefer lunchtime, and the sloths request a 4-hour nap break halfway through every agenda item.

None of this helps with the password, but it does make the page delightfully long.

Where You Dropped In

You’ve landed in the middle of the jungle webpage. The important clue about the secret password is somewhere above this section.

Use a three-finger swipe down to scroll up, or use headings with the Rotor if you like, to find the “Hidden Jungle Note”. When you’re ready, come back here to answer the question.

Question: What Is the Secret Jungle Password?

After scrolling up and reading the hidden note, choose the correct password below:

Footer of the Jungle Page

At the very bottom, someone has written: “If you reached this text, you are officially good at scrolling. Please accept this imaginary sticker.”
