Okay, I might have forgotten to tell you that some of your aliens are a bit troublesome, and sometimes you don't have enough staff to take care all of their needs. You may need to step in a little. Or, you could always shift schedules around so 1 caretaker is responsible for 2 alien colonies, but that may not make you any friends as supervisor. Your choice.

Level 5: Chaos Report

I didn't say running an alien zoo would be easy. Illness, employees quitting, loose vicious hungry critters, I'm just not sure you are up for the job, but maybe if you can handle this challenge, we'll end your probation period early and hire you on fulltime. Currently missing employees means missing aliens. I hope you brought your net and sleeping gas, we're on a mission to wrangle up some critters before the guests get eaten...I mean find out.
