Hey ,
I hope you haven't gotten boring and rusty in all your time off from solving crimes! I just wanted to let you know about this rather interesting email I received not too long ago.
I will say, the first thing that struck me as odd was that it was sent from the future, and I am not quite sure what to make of it. Anyway, attached below is the email.
Hello Justin,
I hope this message finds you well. I stumbled upon something intriguing during my late-night internet explorations and thought you might be interested. So I came across this website that I know has not been maintained because the codebase looks like it was written in 2000! That's crazy considering it is now the year 2300. The owner of the site has not responded to any of my emails and it overall is just a strange site. It seems like a maze of sorts, and I really don't know what the end game is, but what I DO know is that there's bound to be something off about this whole thing. Ever since I went on that site, my computer has been acting weird and I hear things around the house.
It seems to be haunted or, at the very least, harboring some enigmatic digital remnants. I thought of you immediately, given your background in digital archiving. This could be incredibly risky, but I beg of you, find out what might be going on.
Best regards,

Unfortunately for me, I am far too busy working on other mysteries in Antarctica. You know, I haven't seen or heard very much on this quest for a mysterious flying human that hangs out with fairies and somehow never gets old...anyway, a tale for another time!
Please take on this case in my stead, I am sure you'll do great!
Sincerely,
Justin
P.S-the website I found was found HERE.
